Depression can hit you out of the blue. It can infiltrate your head and plague you with untrue, dark thoughts about yourself. Social media can exacerbate these thoughts because people only post what they want others to see. NO ONE has a perfect life, partner, kids, body, face, hair, house, car, and career. Sometimes the biggest smiles can be hiding the most pain.
